We offer a range of delivery options for the products you're buying with our standard delivery being FREE.  Next working day delivery is available and we'll offer you all these options at checkout . Toppik UK are the official distirbutor for the United Kingdom and Ireland and we only deliver into these countries.

 Same Day Dispatch

Our fulfilment team are beavering away to get your order out in good time! Orders received up to 3.00pm will be dispatched the same working day. Orders received after 3.00pm will be dispatched the next working day. The fulfillment team have days off resting on Saturday and Sunday, so any orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

We offer FREE delivery on all UK Mainland orders and we aim to have them delivered within 1 to 3 working days.

We're sorry that some geographical location and carrier availability can restrict our service - we may not always be able to deliver certain products to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man. However if we have a delivery challenge, we will always keep you informed of the situation. 

Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

 Faster Deliveries

 Next Working Day Delivery: £5.95

The next day delivery service is available at a cost of £5.95 and uses a tracked next day courier service to make sure it arrives on time. To use this service orders must be placed by 3.00pm on any working day. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday for next day delivery will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

There are a small number of postcodes where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescale if you have requested Next Working Day Delivery. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Offshore and Northern Ireland take a standard 2 days to deliver.

 Saturday Delivery: £7.95

The Saturday delivery is available at a cost of £7.95 and uses a tracked service which will arrive on Saturday before 1.00pm. Orders must be placed by 3.00pm on the Friday before.

Both the Next Day and Saturday Delivery services use a tracked service.  The tracked system means that the parcel is trackable all the way from us to you.  If you are not in, you will receive a card informing you where your item has been left, or if the item cannot be left safely, details on how to contact the courier company for redelivery. 

You can also request  for the parcel to be left in designated safeplace.  A designated ’Safeplace’ can be either a secure weather-proof area on your property, or a near neighbour. Use of the ‘Safeplace’ method does mean that you are financially responsible for parcels being lost, stolen or damaged after delivery.  

 

 International Delivery to Ireland

 International Delivery: £11.95

Toppik UK are the official distirbutor for the United Kingdom and Ireland and we only deliver into these countries. Deliveries to Ireland are sent by Royal Mail International Signed for and a signature is required upon receipt of the parcel. Delivery to Ireland is normally within 5 days of dispatch.  Any parcel requiring a signature will be left at your local collection office if you are not at home to sign for them.  These parcels are normally held at your local collection office for 7 days only.  After this time they normally are returned to us.  Whilst we are happy to resend the parcel (once we have recieved back) we will require you to pay the additional postage costs incurred. 

Due to Customs and Excise restrictions we cannot mail aerosol or goods containing alcohol internationally. Please check if you are liable to pay any import duty, particularly on large numbers of items, we are not responsible for paying this, but will complete a Customs declaration in order to ship the parcel to you. If you want to reclaim VAT it cannot be reclaimed through us and must be reclaimed within the country of receipt.
